Al Rehab City is a residential neighborhood located in New Cairo Governorate to the east and is considered the first residential city established by the private sector in Egypt. The company that built it is Talaat Mostafa Real Estate Company.
Al Rehab is about 15 minutes away from Heliopolis, and its purpose was to reduce population congestion in Cairo. Al Rehab City is located on the Suez Desert Road.

From an educational standpoint, several private schools have been established in Al Rehab City, including Osmane Bin Affan School, the Future Language School, the British School, and the German School, in addition to the Kids Academy nursery.
The city also contains a large commercial market, in addition to shopping malls such as: Rehab Mall 1, Rehab Mall 2, and the Old Market. The city also includes a medical center with many clinics across various specialties such as cardiology and internal medicine. There are also several banks, companies, and administrative offices. Recently, a real estate registration office was opened in the city in 2019 A.D.
Al Rehab is also distinguished by having many recreational areas, including Al Rehab Sports and Social Club, which was built on an area of up to 200 acres, alongside several wedding halls.
The population of Al Rehab City is about 85 individuals per acre, and the city's area is about 10 million square meters. This area can accommodate 200,000 people. The city includes many services and amenities needed by the residents, such as a fire station, a gas station, and a police station. It also has villas, buildings, and a transportation network.
